Olympique Lyonnais Féminin — now officially branded as OL Lyonnes — is the most decorated women's football club in history, with eight UEFA Women's Champions League titles including a record five consecutive from 2016 to 2020. Based in Lyon and competing in the Première Ligue (formerly Division 1 Féminine), Lyon have won over 20 domestic league championships, establishing an era of dominance in French women's football that stretches back to the mid-2000s.
