1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using womenlivescore.com (“Women Live Score”, “WLS”, “the site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and contributors.

2. About the publisher

Women Live Score is published by Praxeos Group sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company registered in Szczecin, Poland, at Sienna 9. The site is operated and maintained by a small editorial team working under Polish and EU law.

3. Content and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep match scores, lineups, statistics and editorial content accurate and up-to-date. However, live-sports data is inherently time-sensitive and occasional delays, discrepancies or errors are unavoidable. You should not rely on information from Women Live Score for any purpose where accuracy is critical — in particular, we explicitly do not provide data for betting, trading, gambling, or any other financial decision-making.

4. Intellectual property

All editorial content on Women Live Score — text, images, layouts, schema data, logos and branding — is either owned by Praxeos Group sp. z o.o. or used under licence from its respective owners. You may link to pages on the site freely; you may quote short excerpts for editorial or research purposes with attribution. You may not republish full articles, scrape the site systematically, or use our content to train third-party machine-learning models without written permission.

Club and league logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on Women Live Score for identification purposes only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or mirror the site at a rate that interferes with its normal operation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures.
• Upload, link to or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening or infringing on third-party rights.
• Impersonate Women Live Score, its editorial team or any third party.

6. Advertising and third-party services

Women Live Score displays advertising through Google AdSense and may include links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or reliability of third-party sites. Clicking on an advertisement or external link is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

Women Live Score is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxeos Group sp. z o.o. and the editorial team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to any reliance on match data, statistics, schedules or editorial content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction over the publisher’s registered office in Szczecin.
