The second Friday fixture brought plenty of tension, as reigning champions SKN St. Pölten hosted SCR Altach. St. Pölten once again showed their fighting spirit and salvaged a point thanks to Elli Seiro’s equalizer deep into stoppage time (90+4).
Sturm overpower Neulengbach
On Saturday, Sturm Graz swept aside USV Neulengbach with a commanding 5–1 victory. Although the visitors took a shock lead after just three minutes through Alisa Ziletkina, the home side quickly took control. In the second half, Sophie Maierhofer (60th) and Kustrin again (64th) struck in quick succession to seal the win, with Elisabeth Brandl adding the final goal in the 90th minute.
