Published 3 min read

Racing Louisville vs. Portland Thorns
Friday, Sept. 5 – 8:00 PM ET (Prime Video)
Two teams, identical points. Louisville are unbeaten in four but still prone to conceding late heartbreakers. The Thorns, after two frustrating weeks, need to bounce back. Sears versus Tordin & Turner, this one has fireworks written all over it.

North Carolina Courage vs. Utah Royals
Saturday, Sept. 6 – 7:30 PM ET (ION)
The Courage are chasing their first win in five outings. Utah, fresh off a stunning victory in Portland, are riding high. Sixteen-year-old KK Ream already made history with a goal. Add Tanaka, St-Georges and McGlynn in red-hot form, and suddenly the Royals look like giant-killers again.

Bay FC vs. Kansas City Current
Saturday, Sept. 6 – 10:00 PM ET (ION)
Seven straight without a win for Bay, and now comes the ultimate test: the league leaders. Kansas City are unstoppable, boasting six straight clean sheets. Keeper Lorena is rewriting the record books, while Debinha and Chawinga continue to terrorize defenses. Bay face their toughest exam yet.

Chicago Stars vs. Orlando Pride
Sunday, Sept. 7 – 3:00 PM ET (Paramount+)
Chicago are the comeback kings, masters of the draw. Ludmila is in the form of her life – five goals in three games. Orlando haven’t won in six, scoring just twice in that span. Sure, Pride thrashed the Stars 6–0 last time, but today it’s a whole different story.

Washington Spirit vs. Seattle Reign
Sunday, Sept. 7 – 4:00 PM ET (Paramount+)
A heavyweight clash near the top of the table. Spirit bring the flair of Cantore, Rodman, and Bethune, a trio built to dazzle. Reign counter with Fishlock and Huitema’s veteran presence, plus the new spark of Dahlien and Adames. This could be the match of the week.

Gotham FC vs. Angel City FC
Sunday, Sept. 7 – 5:00 PM ET (ESPN)
Gotham rides the magic of Esther González , 12 goals say it all. Angel City brings the fearless rookie Riley Tiernan, already making her mark. Jónsdóttir’s relentless energy meets Rose Lavelle’s long-awaited return. And with Berger standing tall in goal, this one will be razor-tight.

San Diego Wave vs. Houston Dash
Sunday, Sept. 7 – 8:30 PM ET (ESPN)
The Wave wrestle with consistency, but Sheridan keeps them steady between the posts. The Dash are unbeaten in five, Evelina Duljan once again rescuing points in stoppage time.

Week 19 is pure drama: playoff races, streaks, and record-breaking performances. Kansas City look unstoppable, but the rest of the league still has the power to flip the script. Louisville and Portland battle for prestige and precious points. Utah aim to prove last week’s shock was no fluke. Chicago will chase, Orlando will breathe or break. Gotham and Angel City promise a goal-fest, while Spirit and Reign deliver tension at the highest level.
